Jeff Goldblum

Jeff Goldblum plays the role of David Levinson, a scientist, computer expert and director of Earth Space Defense (ESD) in Resurgence, just as he did in the 1996 movie. Goldblum began his movie career in 1974 in the movie Death Wish in the role of Freak #1. Since then, he has starred in movies like 1986 The Fly as Seth Brundle, the 1993 Jurassic Park and 1997 The Lost World: Jurassic Park as Dr. Ian Malcolm and 2010 The Switch as Leonard.

Bill Pullman

Bill Pullman plays the role of former President J. Whitmore in Resurgence, just as he did in the 1996 movie. Pulman started his movie career in 1986 in the movie Ruthless People in the role of Earl Mott. Since that time, he has starred in movies like the 1992 A League of Their Own as Bob Hinson, the 1993 Sleepless in Seattle as Walter, the 1999 Lake Placid as Jack Wells and 2004 The Grudge as Peter Kirk.

Judd Hirsch

Judd Hirsch plays the role of Julius Levinson, David’s father, in Resurgence, just as he did in the 1996 movie. Hirsch began his movie career in 1978 in the movie King of the Gypsies in the role of Groffo. Since then, he has starred in movies like the 1980 Ordinary People as Dr. Tyrone C. Berger, 1988 Running on Empty as Arthur Pope/Paul Manfield, the 2001 A Beautiful Mind as Dr. Helinger and the 2013 Altered Minds as Dr. Nathan Shellner.

Vivica A. Fox

Vivica A. Fox plays the role of Jasmine Dubrow-Hiller, the widow of Steven Miller, in Resurgence, just as she did in the 1996 movie. Fox started her movie career in 1989 in the movie Born on the Fourth of July in the role of a hooker at the VA Hospital. Since that time, she has starred in movies like the 1997 Soul Food as Maxine, the 2001 Kingdom Come as Lucille Slocumb, the 2004 Ella Enchanted as Lucinda Perriweather and the 2015 Chocolate City as Katherine McCoy.
