This post is brought to you by MagicFlix free app for kids. All opinions are our own. Ever wish you could hand your kids your iPad and let them watch videos without worrying that they’ll stumble across something really inappropriate? I know I have. Even if you set certain video sites online to the safest settings, you still never quite know what you’re getting. I learned this the hard way when my son came across the legend of Bloody Mary and wouldn’t go to the bathroom alone for close to a year. MagicFlix free app for kids is a total game changer, though.
MagicFlix Free App for Kids Review
MagicFlix is a fantastic video curation app designed for kids ages 12 and younger that makes it so much easier to avoid inappropriate content. How? The team behind the app does all the work for you! They make sure that your child views only the best and safest educational and entertaining videos designed for THEIR age groups. How does MagicFlix stack up to their claims? I took some time to really play with MagicFlix and look at it from both a parent’s and a child’s perspective. I checked out videos for several age ranges before forming my overall opinion. As a parent, I think MagicFlix is a wonderful app for kids. Installing MagicFlix is super easy. Just find it in the app store, download it (free for a limited time) and go. Follow the very quick directions to set it up and personalize it. You can even select the appropriate age group for your child. After that, just hand it over! Of course, a parent’s opinion only goes so far when it comes to an app for kids, right? I mean, even if we think it’s the best thing since sliced bread, our kids have to love it too. Otherwise, what’s the point? The team behind MagicFlix gets that. They really get it. The videos on MagicFlix are incredibly diverse. Categories include all basic school subjects such as science, nature, math and phonics. They also cover music, news, animals and a cool topic called Kinderzoo. You’ll even find Spanish videos. My 9-year-old son loves the science videos. He loves trying new experiments. I actually just came across an “experiment” under my bathroom sink! I have no idea what it is. A jar filled with soapy water, a paper towel, food coloring and what looks like an alien head. I was afraid to touch it! The science videos on MagicFlix are fantastic! Many of the experiments are easy enough for my son to do on his own. Younger children would need help. Kids don’t actually need to do the experiments to learn from the videos, but it does add to the fun. Videos in the Nature category are also perfect for my son’s age group. Many are the same documentary-quality videos that you find on the popular nature channels on television. I have to admit, even though it’s designed for younger kids, I’m kind of in love with Kinderzoo! Talking animals always make me smile! MagicFlix app for kids definitely lives up to its claims! It’s an amazing educational and entertainment app for kids. My only suggestion: add a humor section. My son loves watching funny videos. I know they’re not all that entertaining, but if they could curate some of the funny (yet still safe) videos that kids go nuts over, my son would never have to leave the app. Of course, if you find a video that your child loves, you can add it from YouTube yourself.
