This week at the America’s Funniest Home Videos, season 26, episode 6, brings a whole new set of funny videos. Here are some of the highlights from the episode.
America’s Funniest Home Videos- Season 26 Episode 6 Recap
A small dog tries to walk down the stairs outside but is scared of the big steps. He jumps into a large bush instead and walks out, avoiding the stairs.
*** A medium-sized dog knows he has something attached to him but can’t figure out what it is. He goes around and around until he finally figures out that he has a small kitten clinging to him.

A young man enters the kitchen with a birthday cake in hand, singing Happy Birthday. He trips and almost drops the cake but luckily ends up saving it.
A little boys slides down the slide in the middle of winter, with his Easter Basket in hand. When he gets to the bottom of the slide, he trips and his basket full of Easter candy goes everywhere.
This was one of my favorite videos of the night. A little girl is sitting in the middle of the kitchen floor, holding a half-filled gallon of milk. She tips the jug to drink from it and the milk spills all over her face.
In a segment called Man Up during America’s Funnies Home Videos, season 26, episode 6, a man with blown-up balloons behind him, yelps like a girl when one of the balloons suddenly pops. Also, a woman holding a snake tries to show her husband the snake but he gets scared and runs off screaming.
* A little boy gets a hold of his dad’s hair clippers after his dad forgets to put them away. The little boy shaves the front and sides of his head, leaving only hair in the back of his head.
A couple who is locked out of their home tries to get their dog, who is inside the house, to open the door for them. After several attempts, the dog actually manages to open the door.
Game time at America’s Funniest Home Videos- Season 26 Episode 6
It is game time! I love this part of the show and I love that the game is different each week. Tonight’s game is called Head, Gut or Groin. Two players, who know each other, Jonathan and Natalie are chosen to play the game. A video is shown, freezing it before someone in the video is about to get hit. The players must guess which body part (head, gut or groin) gets hit.
- Video #1- A woman trying to get on a rope swing slips. What body part is about to get hit?
Natalie guesses head while Jonathan guesses groin. The head is the correct answer, chalk one up for Natalie.
- Video #2- Two people are playing ping pong and one person is sitting down, presumably keeping score. The person sitting down is about to get hit where?
Natalie guesses gut while Jonathan guesses groin (again). The correct answer is head, which no one guessed.
- Video #3- 2 guys are swinging a tennis ball inside a pair of pantyhose, on their head. One of the guys is about to get hit where?
Natalie guesses groin while Jonathan guesses gut. The groin is the correct answer, making that two for Natalie.
Both players get an AFV t-shirt for playing.
A girl is having her eyebrows waxed by her mother. She yells in apparent pain when the wax strip is pulled off. The mother asks to see her eyebrow and says, “Uh-oh!” causing the girl to run to look in the mirror and is horrified when she notices part of her eyebrow missing.

** A man is about to take his test for his black belt in karate. He walks onto the mat, only to discover that his foot has fallen asleep.
A skunk is walking around a street with a yogurt cup stuck on his head. A police officer tries to help the skunk by removing the yogurt cup. However, once the officer removes the cup, he is instantly sprayed by the skunk.
A man sitting at his office desk opens his desk drawer to find a frog. He starts screaming and pushing his chair backward.
A little boy wants his loose tooth to come out. So he ties one end of a piece of string to his tooth and the other end to a racecar toy. The car goes around and around until the tooth eventually comes out.

It is time to reveal tonight’s finalists and the winner! I have added asterisks in front of the three finalists!
- Finalist #1 is the clinging kitten.
- Finalist #2 is Kung Fu foot fail.
- Finalist #3 is kid’s clipper catastrophe.
The third place winner of $2,000 is the clinging kitten. The second place winner of $3,000 is Kung Fu foot fail. Tonight’s winner of $10,000 is kid’s clipper catastrophe.

I love Americans Funniest Home Videos. I’ve been so busy that I haven’t been able to watch any of our episodes lately but this one looks awesome.
Wow the show has been running for a long time! 26 seasons? Awesome. I used to watch this with the girls.
That guessing game they played sounded really funny. I should make sure to watch this episode this week.
Me and my hubby was love this show. and now season 26 and they watch this show together.
I haven’t seen AFV in a long time. I know someone who was in the running for host when om retired. Seems like Alfonso is doing a great job.
I didn’t know Alfonso RIbeiro was the host now. It’s a show my kids love watching.
I miss seeing this show. Will watch some of their episodes via YouTube.
