Cornfield Mazes
Nothing beats heading out into a cornfield maze during the fall season and it is worth traveling for if necessary. Gourd Rolling
All you need for this fun party game for kids is a few gourds. Make sure they are as funky shaped as possible. Everyone grabs one and lines up on a start line. One by one they will roll their gourd as far as possible. With all the bumps and funky shapes, the gourd may go extremely far or absolutely nowhere. One by one, everyone gives it a shot. Whoever rolls their gourd the farthest will win the contest.
Leaf Blower Race
Having a leaf blower race is exciting and fun, but it does require that you have two non-corded leaf blowers. The object is simple. Give two people a pile of leaves and race to blow them to a specific area in the yard. Not only will you have fun blowing leaves and racing….you will get your yard cleaned up in the process!
Pumpkin Race
This is somewhat like the gourd race but even tougher. With this one, you take a pumpkin and a broom and race to move your pumpkin across a finish line. This sounds easy, but you can’t use your hands or any part of your body to touch the pumpkin. The only thing that can touch the pumpkin is the broom.
