1. Cookie face

What you’ll need:

  • A cookie or two for each player

How it works:

This is one of the simplest minute to win it games on the list but it is hilarious to play and to watch! Players will have a cookie placed on their forehead. Each player has a minute to use just their face to move the cookie from the top of their forehead to their mouth. This game is not easy but is surely hilarious to watch!

2. Chopstick race

What you’ll need:

  • A pair of chopsticks for each player
  • Kix cereal, or some other round cereal
  • A bowl
  • A cup for each player

How it works:

This game may seem simple but it’s anything but! Players must use their chopsticks to pick up cereal pieces one at a time. The cereal must be placed into the cup. After a minute is over, the player who has the most cereal in their cup wins! This game is all about proper chopstick technique and balance.

3. Marshmallow race

What you’ll need

  • A clean table
  • Plastic straws for each players
  • Plenty of mini marshmallows
  • Tape to create the finish line

How it works

Create two teams with an even number of players. Use tape to create a finishing line on the table. Place marshmallows on the other side of the line. Players must use their plastic straws to move the marshmallows past the finish line. The team with the most marshmallows wins.

4. Stack attack

What you’ll need:

  • A stack of 36 plastic cups
  • Teams of two

How it works:

This game may seem simple but it is anything but! This game is all about teamwork and is a true balancing act. Players must unstack 36 plastic cups and stack them into a pyramid. Seems easy, but the cups are quick to fall over if placed improperly! The team with the most stacked cups wins.

5. Mummy Game

What you’ll need:

  • One roll of toilet paper per player

How it works:

This is probably one of the easiest Minute to Win It games, but it’s oh-so fun! Have another player hold the roll of toilet paper, or place it on a broom handle to hold it in place. When the clock starts, the player grabs the end of the paper and spins around as fast as she can to cover as much of her body as possible with the toilet paper. Points can be awarded based on the amount of paper used (the goal is to use it all) or how much of her body she manages to cover. If you want to make it super challenging (and save money!), get the cheapest 1-ply TP that you can find (dollar store TP, for example).

These are just a few of our favorite Minute to Win It games for your party. We love them because they’re relatively inexpensive and include ideas that just about anyone can do, no special skills required.
